What is the base of admission .without neet test are u accept the student.have u any another state student quota.?

If you want to get admission into MBBS you have to give Neet exam. Without Neet exam you cannot be qualified for any of the MBBS courses in any of the colleges in India. Neet is mandatory for every student advanced to get into MBBS colleges. The student quota that are available in NEET are are Army and defence persons ward, insured persons, OBC SC ST, physically handicapped, and others. The above quotas are generalized and some States have specialised quota for the citizens of that particular state.
