If by best yo mean high salary package then Computer Science and Engineering is the right choice. There are many big IT firms like Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, Dell, Intel, Samsung etc. which recruit and pay handsome salary to CSE Graduate.
CSE have a lot of opportunities. This is the age of computers and software and every company need a CSE Graduate.
To get a good job after graduating all you need to do is maintain a 8+ CGPA across 8 semesters of your 4 year B.tech and master two programming language along with data structures and algorithms.
