Both of these courses, BBA and BCom are UG courses. When opting for an MBA, it wouldn't make much difference which course you opt for, but if you wish to specialize in a certain field that you have in mind already, BBA might be the way to go. However, top tier institutes that offer BBA generally charge a lot of fees as compared to BCom colleges which are generally governement aided.
