The cutoffs vary according to the different colleges and categories. There are quite chances of yours to get a seat in MBBS since you belong to SC category. According to your expectation if you get 300 marks in NEET then your percentile will be between 35-45 which is good because last year MBBS cutoff for SC category was between 40-45 percentile.
