What is the criteria for having Bihar domicile in neet ug state counselling 2019?

For obtaining a domicile of Bihar state you must fulfill the following eligibility criteria-

1.You must be a resident of Bihar for the past three      years.
2.You must own a house/property/land in Bihar.
3. Your name should be included in the voter list.
4.Female applicants can apply for the certificate if they are married to a person from Bihar.
5.In the case of minors, the certificate is issued based on their parents residence.
Please keep in mind that it will take at least 30 days for the domicile to arrive after you apply for it .
