What is the criteria for the candidates of ESIC employee's child for admission in ESIC medical colleges

Previously there was a rule that the Insured Person should have been with ESI atleast for 5 years. From this year that rule has been changed. Now an Insured person can be even new to ESI and the ward is eligible to apply under ESI quota. The ward should be the legal child of the Insured Person and should sign a bond for a certain period of time.
