what is the criteria of psc exam

PSC is second exam after UPSC which provides a gateway to recruit into administration services. Though various state share different notification which provides the information regarding eligibility criteria but more or less the information will be same.

Eligibility for PSC is calculated on the basis of

1. Age limit

2. Educational Qualification

3. Number of attempts

4. Physical Parameters (For certain posts)

If we check UPPSC PCS eligibility critera then

Applicants should be between 21 to 40 on August 1, 2020 (For Gen & OBC)

While reserved candidates will be given relaxation in the age limit and number of attempts

* Candidate should be citizen of India.

* Candidate must have complete their Graduation degree from any recognized University.

* Minimum age limit is 21 years and Maximum age limit is 30 years.

* Both male and female are eligible for this post.

* The candidate should be Physically and Mentally fit for the post.

You must complete or appearing in final year of graduation from recognized college or university.

your age must be within 21 years to 30 years.

And there is relaxation in UPPER AGE limit for reserved category candidates(3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates).
