Hi Mirnal, admission for BE for the candidates under the Kashmiri migrants category shall be made on the basis of inter- se merit of percentage of qualifying exam through online off-campus counselling by nic at www.techadmissionshry.gov.in. For Kashmiri migrants relaxation cutoff percentage upto 10% subject to the minimum eligibility requirement in BE.
