There is no specific marks or ranks required to get the hostels. During the time of counselling they asked you the distance between your home and the university on the basis of which the hostels are alloted. The one who is from more farther place will be given preference in allotment of the hostels over others. Rest no other specific guidelines as such and they have their own selection criteria as well.
