Cutoff percentages for BSc Nursing change from year to year based on the number of applicants, degree of difficulty of the entrance exam, as well as the type of category (General, OBC, SC/ST). On average, government colleges could have varying cutoff percentages, but generally between 60-75% or above in PCB subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) students from the General category. For reserved categories and institutions (OBC and SC/ST) it may be little difference between 50-60% or above.
For entrance exams conducted by universities or NEET, the qualifying percentage may vary with qualifying percentage for general category being around 45-50% and for SC/ST/OBC category somewhere around 40%. However, generally every college or university will only indicate what qualifying score is on their merit list, you can look it up on the institution's official website.
