Hi dear,
There is no such separate provision for Jammu and Kashmir Muslim boys in JEE mains. They do not come under any reservation criteria yet. They are considered General if they are of Muslim General category , SC if they are of Muslim SC category , ST if they are of Muslim ST category, OBC if they are of Muslim OBC category.
So same criteria is valid and All India rank is same for all.
Admissions depend on your rank and NIT cutoff by JoSAA. Kindly tell us your rank.
