What is the cut off for B.tech Medical Biotechnology in AIBTCET ?

Dear Piyush, admissions to the B.Tech in Medical Biotechnology course at the Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune is conducted by the institute through the All India Biotechnology Common Entrance Test (AIBTCET). There are 60 seats available for admission each year, out of which 51 are for the General Category students. The exam is out of 100 marks.and takes place in offline mode. To qualify, candidates have to secure almost 50% marks. AIBTCET 2017 was conducted on June 18, 2017 and the result date was scheduled for the first week of July 2017. While the institute brochure for 2017 mentions that admission will be conducted on the basis of a publicly declared merit-list, and candidates will only be invited for counselling on the basis of their position in the merit list, it appears that this year, candidates could only check the results and score-card individually by logging in from their official accounts on the DY Patil website.
