The final result of JEE Main 2020 will be formulated after the April attempt on the basis of candidates performance in January and/ or April attempt. Cutoff will also be released with the final result of JEE Main 2020.
SO, it would be difficult to predict the percentile. However, 85+ percentile in the exam is expected to be a decent score to qualify for JEE Advanced.
