What is the difference between fees structure and scholarship undermine 15% quota and State 85%quota respectively?

Every college has 85% seats reserved for domicile students (students native of the state the college is situated in) and 15% is for All India Quota which means students from outside the state can avail seat under 15% AIQ. Also, please share what is your score?
