B.Tech food technology is an undergraduate course of 4 years where as B.Sc food technology is an undergraduate course of 3 years. The job opportunities of B.Tech food technology is better as compared to B.Sc food technology. B.Tech in Food Technology deals with the study of food science in the food industry whereas B.Sc in Food Technology deals with the study of scientific principles involved in the food preservation as well as production.
