What is the exact eligibility for M.S.(computer Science) , and can I do M.S. right after B.Sc. ?

Hello,
Masters of Science in Computer Science is a full time two years postgraduate course. The eligibility to take admission in this course is that the candidate should be a B.Sc degree holder or equivalent from any recognised University in relevant subjects.
The admission can be provided on the basis of either merit or entrance examination which varies from university to university.

But I still have a doubt, actually this eligibility is for M.Sc ,right? I'm asking about MS (engg), I've checked multiple sites too and they also show results for Master of Science and again I don't know if they are referring to MS or MSc, same confusion here too...
