Dear Harshitha, The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will conduct NEET counselling on behalf of MCC. The whole process is conducted online. As and when the registration process begins, you need to register online with DGHS. You can only register if you have qualified in NEET. Lets say eventually if the cut off has been revised and if you qualify then you will be given a chance to re-register. This counselling is for 15% All India Quota seats. The counselling for remaining 85% will be conducted by the respective State Authorities. After registration, you need to pay the Refundable and non refundable fees. Next you need to select and submit your choices to be considered at the time of seat allotment. The allotment of seat depends on the merit in the NEET score and your preferences. There will be a list of colleges that will be shown on the screen and you can select them as per your interest.  After each round of counselling, the seat allotments will be declared. You need to collect your seat allotment letter and report to the college within the stipulated time frame. Whilw reporting to the college you need to carry a set of Original documents that can be viewed at https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-counselling. This whole counselling process will be done online and you neednt go anywhere except for reporting to your college.
