What is the expected cut off for NTSE stage 2 for obc andhra Pradesh, I am getting 106 ,is there any chance to select?

As per as your marks you have low chancea for getting qualified for NTSE because according to previous years trend of cutoff was around 130-140 for general. There is no separate cutoff for OBC.
