the fee and admission of the student depends on the merit score and the caste category of student. so if student is from sc/st/minority then fee is no cost.if the student is of bc ha have to pay 15k tp 20 k and oc stuent have to pay full amount to management.so the cs branch recruiters will be seeing only the skills as the certificates are of no value over skills.
