What is the fee structure in iits and nits in m tech through gate

IITs charge fees per semester for Mtech programme. around 45k for semester 1 I.e. 20 k for tuition and 25 for mess. Semester 2 onwards it becomes around 35k in total.
You get 12400 as stipend that can cover up the entire fees and you can still save.
