What is the format for the eligibility certificate for 3rd year students issue from the institutes ??

Generally, candidates who have graduated need to upload either provisional ceritifcate/ Orginial certificate / course completion ceritifcate from the respective Institute. And for those candidates   who have graduated but institute hasn't issued any above mentioned certificates then they have to upload a copy of their final year mark sheet.

But for the candidates who are pursuing their final year might not have any of the above mentioned docments so they to have to submit  a declaration from your college HOD (or other competent authority) along with the signature and seal.

For Gate 2021, 3rd years are also eligible for appearing the GATE exam, you have to submit the copy of duly signed ceritifcate from college HOD as a eligibility document for Gate application as   I mentioned above for the final years.
