what is the last date to submit cap round documents. is it 18 jul?

There is no official notice from them. Following are showing the expected date :-

CAP Round 1

Choice-making for the first round of the CAP in first week of July 2022

Display of CAP Round-I Provisional Allotment for the Second Week of July 2022

Accepting the assigned seat, reporting to the assigned institute, and confirming admission by completing the necessary paperwork and making the appropriate payments following CAP Round 1 in the second week of July 2022.

CAP Round 2

Display of empty seats following Round 1 in the Third Week of July 2022

July Fourth Week 2022: Choice Filling for CAP Round 2

Display of CAP Round 2 Provisional Allotments, first week of August 2022.

Accepting the assigned seat, reporting to the assigned institute, and confirming admission by completing the necessary paperwork and making the appropriate payments following CAP Round 2 in the first week of August 2022.

After round 2, there will be special institute-level counselling for any open seats -  August second week 2022
