There are several State universities and colleges that offers Master's degree education in the discipline of Agro-meteorology. These colleges are:

• Tamil Nadu Agricultural university- Eligibility: Candidate must have completed and obtained B.Sc in the respective field. Entrance exam conducted by university itself.
• Shivaji University, Kolhapur- Eligibility: Candidate must have completed and obtained B.Sc in the respective field. Entrance exam conducted by university itself.
• Cochin University of Science and Technology, Kochi- Has integrated Bachelors and Masters course on Agrometeorology and the admission process is done through CUSAT scores.
• Atal Bihari Vajpayee Hindi Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal-Eligibility: Candidate must have completed and obtained B.Sc in the respective field. Entrance exam conducted by university itself.
