The requirements are graduation with minimum 50% , a good communication skills for growth and a good cat marks to score and if you have work experience its great .. thats all

Hello Sunil ,
For MBA, you need to be a graduate atleast . There are some colleges which require work experience while others don't. So , the requirements depend on the college you want to get into .

A professional qualification like CA, ICWA, CS, with at least 55 percent marks. 4. A 4-year/8-semester Bachelor's degree with at least 60 percent marks or equivalent grade point average.
