In 2018, the cut off for getting a Govenment medical college for OBC Category via 15 percent All India Quota was around 530. However cut off varies from year to as it depends on number of candidates registered for NEET and difficulty of question paper. So, I would suggest you to target for a score of 560+ to be on a safer side.

First to eligible for admission to a medical course, you need to score the minimum qualifying marks in your category. Then you need to meet the cutoff rank of the specific college. Note that each college has a different cutoff rank, depending on the availability of seats and applications received for admission.
