First and foremost, you should at least qualify the exam with 50th percentile which is usually achieved at a score of around 140. But remember this much score won't get you a seat.
For BAMS and BHMS, try to score a little more than 350.

Hi Shruti,
The admission to the BAMS and BHMS courses for 2018 will be through NEET only, as per the latest notification issued by CBSE. You should try and obtain a score of 350 and above to secure a seat in these courses based on the cutoff for last year. However, cutoffs are subject to change based on the number of applicants and the question paper's difficulty level.

Cut off scores vary every year. The marks that fetched a seat to some student this year might not fetch a seat to some other student next year.
Try scoring between 450-500 to keep yourself on a safer side.
