The cutoff varies year to year. This year in 2017 for 15% quota seats the cutoff marks was more than 563 & for 85% quota seats it was more than 500 as a General category. So accordingly You can plan your study.

About 50% is the minimum marks for qualify neet .And for getting good colleges you should have more than 540+ marks.
