Hello Aspirant, If you are from general category then you must have to secure minimum 599 marks for Madras Medical College and for SC it is 500 and for ST it is 488. This cutoff for all the government college in Tamil Nadu. I am giving you a link please go through the link.

As per the previous year cutoff trends, you should attain more than these scores to get easily into a Government medical college considering you are from the general category -
- Madras Medical college - 548
- Stanley medical college - 484
- Christian medical college - 595
- PSG Institute of medical college - 402
- Madurai Medical College - 451
You should at least try to score way more than these scores in order to ensure a safe score to clear the cutoffs.

Madras Medical College had a cut off 548 marks in 2018 for oc category, Christian Medical College had a cut off of 595 marks, Kilpauk Medical College, Chennai had a cut off of 459 marks and Coimbatore Medical College, Coimbatore had a cut off of 454 marks.
You will need a score of around 480 marks and above to get a seat in Tamil Nadu under state quota.
