You should try to get more then 125 marks in JEE Main general category to get NITs and IIITs.

It would have been nice if you could have specified for which category are you looking for. However, you can check the link that is given below to know the cutoff for IIITs.

As the cut off depends on the branch, category and IIIT but generally to get admission in lower IIIT 120 marks should be there but if you wish to get seat in top IIITs then more than 150 would be required. So plan and prepare accordingly so that you can get admission in your desired college.
