Hello,

Cut off is different for each branch and NIT. So indicating a unique rank is not possible. Analyzing the past year cut off for SC category you need to secure a category rank in between 1-5000 to have decent chances if getting seat in a NIT. To secure such rank you need to score minimum 80-100 marks and above. Cut off rank changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
