what is the minimum rank for nits of sc category student

Hello,

The cut off rank for NITs will be different for each branch. For example the cut for admission to Civil Engineering in NIT Meghalaya was 6881 for SC category and for admission to Computer Science and Engineering in NIT Delhi was 1161 for the same category. So it is quite difficult to indicate the exact cut off but you need to aim to score minimum 92-95 percentile or above in JEE Main and your category rank must be under 7000. To secure such percentile you need to score minimum 100-150 marks or above in JEE Main. To check the previous year cut off you can use the link below
