To get an IIT you first have to clear jee mains with good marks (i guess 100 above) and then apply for jee advanced exam.Appear for it and try to secure at least 10000 rank in jee advanced as you are a student of sc category.You can get some of the good IITs with CSE branch based on your category rank.
