The marks required for your admission will differ for different gftis.
For admission in BIT Mesra which is the best gfti your mininum score should be in the range of 140-160.However for other gftis scoring a minimum of about 120 marks can probably help you to get admission in the gfti of your own state as gftis have state quota.

GFTI STANDS FOR GOVERNMENT FUNDED TECHNICALLY STUDENT
If your rank is below 28 k (approx) then you can take seat in government college
But try to get rank below 20k so you have other options too.
