Hello, the possibility of MBBS seat in Delhi depends on the marks scored by him in NEET. If his score is good enough to cross the cut off for different medical colleges in Delhi, then he is sure to get a seat in Delhi. Of his score is low , it is difficult to get a MBBS seat in Delhi.
