What is the procedure for getting admission in medical colleges in unoin territory areas such as daman and Diu and pondicherry etc, both government and private colleges?

All the admissions after the 12th class in Pondicherry are done via the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC). It is a common portal for the students of Pondicherry to gain admissions in any degree, in any stream, from any college, government or private, thus all MBBS admissions are done from this portal.
Admissions to all the MBBS (https://collegedunia.com/courses/bachelor-of-medicine-bachelor-of-surgery-mbbs) seats in Pondicherry are done through NEET (https://collegedunia.com/exams/neet) in all the Medical Colleges, run with the approval of the Medical Council of India (MCI). The selection through counselling for MBBS, BDS and BAMS (https://collegedunia.com/courses/bachelor-of-ayurvedic-medicine-and-surgery-bams) courses are done based on the NEET Score of the current year.
