The procedure for counselling varies a little from state to state.To register for the state counselling you have to first fill your application form on the official website of that state.After filling in your personal details you have to fill you AIQ rank and category rank if any along with the registration fees.
Then the process included domicile verification and release of merit lists followed by counselling.Some state do domicile verification at time of counselling and all details are provided in the official site of that state.
