Dear Kishore,
Diploma candidates are eligible for Lateral Entry which means that you will get admission directly into second year of B.Tech. However, based on your diploma, you need to fill the application form and take the respective national or state level entrance exam where you are eligible. For example, you can take JEE Main, but the application form for JEE Main is closed now. You have to wait for next JEE Main in 2019 now.
