if we go through the previous year cutoff of NEET we can see your rank must be under 5 lakhs for safer zone. but some times it go to 6.5 lakhs also, It's depend on the no. of students who give exam that year.
Generally the score is in between around 120-140 marks to qualify the Neet exam in General category.
