There are no such cutoff benefits for foreign students appearing for CAT. If you are targeting the tier 1 colleges through CAT you'll have to have a minimum of 95 percentile. Once you get a call you'll have to perform well in the subsequent rounds of selection process.
Most of the foreign students take admission through GMAT exam but through CAT it is better because you'll have more number of seats for CAT aspirants.
