What is the simple basic difference between M.tech and Masters in cs ? And what are the opportunities we get after doing one of this ?
Hi, so basically the MTech is masters of technology in CS which is basically masters in computer science in some extent.
Masters of technology is a 2 year engineering program. MTech have a lot of streams to choose from such as Computer Science, Electrical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electronics and communication, etc.
Coming to the MTech CS course and Masters in CS, both these courses doesn't have alot of difference infact there are surprisingly more similarities.
Basically Masters in CS can have alot of meanings since MTech, MCA, Msc CS are all Masters in CS.
Talking about the job opportunities, no doubt to you are going to find difficulty in getting a nuce job. CS is already a very job oriented course.
You'll learn a lot of technologies that are currently in market.
The curriculum is not very different in above mentioned courses, I would suggest you to go through them before taking admission in any of the course.
Hope this is helpful
