Generally following things are taught in make up courses in practical as well as theory classes-
Skin theory , face structure , personal hygiene,  product knowledge,  brush knowledge,  skin tone knowledge and skin type , party makeup , night makeup , different types of eye make up , festival makeup,  hair consultation,  straightening,  different types of braiding,  foundation application, understanding hair textures , etc.
