what is urop category in up and if I am not from Uttar Pradesh and alloted a seat in minority quota will I be have to bring a domicile

Dear Mustak, UROP stands for Unreserved Open Category. In other words, it is nothing but General Category. First off, UP State counselling is confined to candidates who hold UP domicile. If you secured a seat under Minority quota, you should submit UP domicile certificate. Or else your admission will stand cancelled.
