Generally 29-30 questions come from Class 12 Botany portion. Most important chapters along with average number of questions in NEET from that chapter -

1. Ecology Unit - 9-10 questions
2. Molecular Biology - 7-8 questions
3. Reproduction in Flowering plants - 5-6 questions
4. Genetics - 5-6 questions
