No it has not started yet. As counselling will be done on the basis of score you will get in NEET. Kerala NEET counselling 2019 will be started in the month of June 2019. It is managed by the Commissioner of Entrance Examination (CEE). It organizes a centralized allotment process (CAP) for providing admission to the medical and allied courses. For admission to the medical courses, you have to appear & qualify the NEET UG examination. The admission is done on the basis of Kerala state rank lists.
