what marks, air and state rank would i need to get into kgmc (neet 2019) if i am ready to wait till the last round of counselling?

To procure a seat in King George Medical university, one should have a rank of 700 or less in all India quota. You have not mentioned which category you belong to. But, in state quota,  under the general category, 2316 was the closing rank in 2018. But, it varies for obc as 3730, SC as 4237 and for St the closing ranks were around 1,700. But, scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
