I dont think there will be a serious issue such that you lose any allotment. You just have to explain then during counselling. The parameters they usually are particular about are the state of eligibility, category and nationality. Others can be dealt with.
Well you can't do anything about it. It's gone. However you can fill forms of other private institutes such as VIT, MIT, SRM, BITS, NMIMS etc. Their admissions are open till end of february.
