what r the prospects of getting a job after passing A1 A2 B1 B2 levels of French for a 44 year old
Hello Aspirant,
B2 is the intermediate level, which means you are fine at comprehending native speech fluency and is able to communicate decently. This makes you eligible to become a language trainer or coach. If you are good with English then you may go to France or french speaking country as a language trainer after clearing TOEFL/ IELTS exams . Apart from trainer, you may try to become a translator and interpreter. You may either do full-time,part-time or freelancing. There is always a need for a translator in MNCs to translate manuals. Not only MNCs, you can try for BPOs,KPOs or any IT company as they may have a lot of international clients. Next common option is embassies and consulates, where you can work as receptionist, customer support, office executive, an IT technical staff, administrative job, translator, interpreter, etc . But they may also demand a regular degree or an equivalent to cover the knowledge of English language criteria, if you have prior job experiences of any kind , that will also be taken into account and definitely after getting the job you will be eventually expected to complete all levels and become an expert. Also here , most people get in through entry level jobs for which there might be an age limit. Hence , you may have limited work opportunities due to your age but there is no harm in trying for other private company jobs, just make sure to go through all the eligibility requirements before applying. However completing further levels and gaining expertise in the language can improve your prospects as not many would reach that level, hence the competition will be less, and you may be easily get preference.
All the best
