It is quite difficult to predict the exact cut off for SC category to get admission MBBS. Each institute has different cut off. The cut off in All India Quota Counselling and State counselling will be different. But a safe score would be 510-550 marks or above to get admission to MBBS in a decent Government institute. For private colleges it may lie anywhere between 400-500 marks depending on the institute and state.

Cut off changes every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
