To get government college under 15% AIQ seats, you should try to score more than 500 marks (Gen/OBC).

Karnataka has good number of medical & dental colleges so if you get more than 450 score in NEET then you will have chances in your state.
But prpeare hard and try to score more than 500 marks to secure seat in goverement college.
