What should be filled in earlier admitted by CPMT/NEET while registering in UP NEET counseling?

Maybe what the question means is for you to answer that whether you participated in the counselling process or not and when alloted, whether you selected the college or not.
This step can be considered as a way of gathering information regarding the student in order to have a better understanding of the application.
Many people apply before for counselling. They attend the counselling process in order to get alloted a college. Sometimes they are alloted if their rank is above the cut off but then again many a times a large number of students are not alloted because seats are limited.
In this case they just forfeit their application. Sometimes even after being alloted a college,any students don't take admission and sit for one more year to prepare and to get better rank next time or take admission through other counselling in any other region or state.
